The idea is straightforward: swipe the ball, avoid what’s in the way, and drop it into the bucket. The catch is that the bucket never stays easy - it keeps moving to harder spots every level, so you can’t just repeat the same move twice.
Every shot you land gives you a point. Some shots give extra stars, sometimes double or triple, and those stars matter. You use them to buy more hearts or bombs. Hearts keep you alive - start with 5 each level, but you can carry up to 20 if you buy them (200 stars each). Bombs cost more (400 stars), but they’re handy when an obstacle is just too much, and you can stockpile up to 10.
There’s a Free Throws mode where you don’t have to worry about hearts at all. You just keep swiping, missing, and trying again. It’s good for figuring out angles before you go back into the levels that count.
Swipe Ball works because it’s simple, but it doesn’t stay simple. One moment it’s an easy bucket, the next you’re grinding for the perfect shot. Stars give you a reason to push on, and upgrades keep the game fresh.
